Reviews

2/27/2020, seat 13A

Substantial leg room on this seat compared to rows further back. A pleasant surprise as most rouge seats are terribly cramped.

1/1/2020, seat 12E

No seatback TV due to there only being two business class seats ahead. There is floor storage. Seat has fixed armrests which are generally uncomfortable. This should not be classed a premium seat.

12/5/2019, seat 17D

Rows 16 and 17 have usual recline despite being in front of emergency exits; What’s more, Seat 17A and F are recognized as regular seat, much cheaper to choose than a preferred seat. Thus I believe they should be marked green.

10/15/2019, seat 2a

Seats 2a 2b 1d and 1f have less legroom. No compartment for storing bags

10/7/2019, seat 2B

This is the worst business class cabin I have ever experienced. Seat 2B is a bulkhead seat with little room for your feet. Seat 2A is slightly better, but miserable for anyone over 6 feet tall. My 6'7" husband survived it by using what foot well I did have for one of his feet.

It's worth to pay extra to get comfort seat.

8/21/2019, seat 4A

Thoroughly enjoyed our return flight from Toronto to Seattle Aug. 15-20. The flight attendants couldn’t have treated us better; the seats were roomy and comfortable and the food was good in comparison to most airlines. I do travel economy as well and, though we do pay extra for meals, the food ranks higher than most airlines I have travelled on. Having been a former travel editor at Canada’s biggest circulation newspaper I believe I can say that Air Canada certainly ranks as the best of the North American Airlines.

5/13/2019, seat 3A

I received a "bid upgrade" to business class for a three-hour eastbound flight on Air Canada. Plenty of space in the overhead bins, seat was comfortable to get some work done. Older in-seat entertainment unit with one USB slot but no powered outlet. The tray is in the left arm console and there's a tray separating the two seats. I appreciated the fold down footrest. I did view any entertainment except for the flight map.

4/18/2019, seat 32F

Window placement means its hard to sleep against the window here because your head lines up with the window indentation.

4/4/2019, seat 34E

Terrible seats! NO leg room at all. The magazine holder on the seat in front of me was hanging off one side. BUT - the staff are FABULOUS!!!

3/25/2019, seat 24F

More leg room than the 767 to Toronto. 1 washroom as some dipstick wrote on the wall.

3/17/2019, seat 12D

Preferred seat but armrests are not movable.

3/5/2019, seat 15A

I upgraded from 19A thinking there was more leg room. No difference in either seat but was charge $50.00 plus

1/1/2019, seat 17F

Great window seat with legroom. It is an emergency exit seat, so you must be able to fulfill duties along those lines. Being on an emergency row means the seats do not recline, so factor that in. Best views along this PHX-YVR route on the starboard side of the aircraft include a full view of the Columbia Basin.

12/21/2018, seat 32C

32b 32c and 32e phonejaca were not working correctly one had a horrible noise the other had to be held to hear in one ear and 32 e did not even work. Horrible. Passengers waiting for washroom kept moving my seat by holding on.

11/26/2018, seat 15E

11/14/2018, seat 25A

Comfortable seat with decent seat back entertainment system. These 320's fly nicer, quieter, and land smoother than a Boeing 737-800.

10/19/2018, seat 18D

Good, spacious exit row seat on this AC A320. Plenty of legroom but seat is rather tired and IFE isnt always reliable. Fine for the hop from Toronto-New York.

10/16/2018, seat 3D

Cramped seating for the huge cost. Another failure in design from Air Bus and Air Canada, almost impossible to get out of, the person in the aisle seat has to get out for the window seat to get by, poor reclining. Go back to Boeing, get an aircraft designed for the passenger, not the bottom line.

10/9/2018, seat 2C

While it is true that there is a space under the closet in front of you to store your bags on the floor if you want, it is off center of your seat so the leg room is not really improved over the other seats. I would recommend seat 2A as the better seat if looking for extra space to stretch.
