Culd not fly/use AC to EZE since connect. flt. by LH was cancelled due to argentinian closure for incoming aircraft from europa. thus how is your policy to credit unused airfare for both AC-tickets? pls advise
Excellent and comfortable seat, that lies completely flat. I’m 5’2” so someone much taller may have some issues. But you get a mattress pad, large pillow and light comforter. I slept about 6 hrs. Straight on this 10 hr. flight. We picked row 4 because it’s half way between the business class galley and toilets behind.
For: 60H, J, K and 60A,B,C Just confirmed on flight last night that on 60H, J, and K seats; the hand rest does not go up. The attendant confirmed that's how it is on both sides. The seat should be marked bad - for travellers with family and small children.
This is supposed a preferred seat but the food cart kept bumping on me
The seats in Premium Economy (layout 1) are not very good. When passenger in front reclines; they are pretty much in your lap, which also makes it difficult to get out of your seat.
This is an aisle seat. The space is limited at best but this particular seat was faulty and did not recline at all so obviousy did not offer even the slightest ease of comfort for a long haul flight. Also, there was a "bulkhead" fixture under the seat in front, so little room for my feet plus hand luggage.
Narrow not much space to seat in front. Cushion ok tiny headrest. Overall rank 1 to 10 for comfort would be a 6 only.
Window seats in rows 61-63 are 6" from window and wall. Means it cannot be leant against to sleep
Service was good. Food delicious. No veggie option on the second meal though. Minuses: its great to have wifi but it should be free or discounted in business. The table etc were dirty when i boarded. I had to clean all from germs
This business class seat had a great arrangement, except it was extremely uncomfortable because the padding was non-existent. It was like sitting on a metal chair with fabric coating it. The interior was well worn and they needed to replace the upholstery. I complained and they gave me a travel voucher.
THis seat is not limited recline - it is NO recline at all. Also there is limited leg room as there is a thicker metal bar from the seat in front that takes up space here on the left. Barely any space for a small carry-on and your feet (I had to put my small back pack up top). If the person in front of you puts their seat back you are SCREWED.
mentioned as a bad seat, actually nice seat with a window however not immediately adjacent of the seat... Would take it any time
Best service from the great Air Canada 🇨🇦. Flight Timings, food service, behaviour of staff were best in the industry. Thank you 🙏...
I flew in Economy Plus in other airlines - and found them better than Air Canada's Lack of leg support is a serious drawback - especial on a 14 hours flight Food/drink very average - same as in economy class Only plus is wider seat
Due to row 20 having no windows, row 21 is the only row in the economy cabin where the window seat have two windows, thus providing the best view in the economy cabin. Should be indicated as Good seat.
Ok seat not right on the wing so you can see something, but super noisy. Wish the seats recline was better. A bit better than economy, but nothing to write home about. Not a great choice of movies. And as far as food goes, a muffin for breakfast doesn’t cut it. I guess you have to travel business class to get a yogourt. Still premium is worth it if you have a long trip, and if you can get it at a discount. Sometimes it doesn’t cost much more than economy.
Row 18 has TV screens and tray tables built in to the armrests. The housing for these extends almost all the way to the floor, consequently limiting the floor storage for passengers in row 19.
The vast legroom is fine, but otherwise this is not a nice seat at all. The already-narrow 10-across seats are even narrower in this row thanks to the in-the-armrest table. Worse, the cabin wall curves inward over you, making it slightly claustrophobic, particularly as there is no window either. Also, while the exit door is flat so it doesn't block your feet as it does in some other aircraft, it's still drafty and freezing cold. Flew 13 hours YYZ-HND with thermal socks and ski parka.
The Economy seats are very cramped. 57K has a protrusion so that you can hardly use the armrest on the window side. Service was below average too. If you have the choice - choose another airline!
Lots of legroom, and it is a preffered seat so you have to pay for it. Due to the configuration 3-4-3 the seat is very narrow. Traytable and screen is located in the armrest.
