Reviews
The seat is comfortable
11C/11J provides extra leg-space (compared to window and isle seats on same row) as the bulkhead wall in front stops half way across this seat. Allowing you to basically stretch your legs into the business class cabin.
Non reclining seat
This seat has additional legroom, but much thinner padding on the seat itself (true for the entire row). Very uncomfortable - will not be booking again despite being tall.
The flight from nairobi to Addis Ababa was changed to a boeing 757.it was very old plane and very noisy.my seat was adjacent to the toilet and So each time it was flushed the noise was added.from addis to dar was a 737 with mood lighting.this plane was better and very comfortable.i liked it very much and also my seat area had two windows.the worst part of my trip was addis airport staff who are very rude!!!and unhelpful.ethiopian airline is world class but their airport ground crew are a letdown.
Fantastic inflight service and good but some of the worst routing and business class seats I have ever experieced. The 9 hour flight stops for a plane change in addis then makes an idiotic 1 hour stop in Cairo and then to Stockholm. Unhelpful ground staff in addis as well. They are clearly trying hard but this business class needs to be retired - seats barely recline.
Poor housekeeping. When open table it was dirty stewardess don't even try to clean before serving the food. Stewardesses wearing dirty shoes looks like just from farm with hay on the shoes. And this is Star Alliance !!!
