Seat Map Hainan Airlines Airbus A330-200 (332)

First time flying with Hainan. Aircraft and general service was very good in economy. Seats actually ok for long haul; very strange movie choices. My issue is the 5 star rating when they cannot afford a proper boarding ramp. Farthest gate at Beijing followed by 20 min bus ride to aircraft. Wife with cane was not very happy. Same thing on return via Chengdu HU7148. Even LAX on HU470 to Chengdu, farthest gate and bus ride. WTF? Cannot be 5 star when it takes an hour long commute before/after security/ immigration/customs to get onto aircraft or into terminal because airline is too cheap to buy proper ramp access. Also in 3 segments with this airline my family and I were skipped for drinks each time and ran out of western meals (47/48 row and 56/57 row). Don't offer it if you only have enough for 10% of customers. seems they feed centre seats first and run out of everything except for fish/congee at that point. Will fly again probably but may place special order meal to ensure western. Will also have to book wheelchair for wife.

51E should be designated as a bad seat. Because of the misalignment, watching a IFE screen is very difficult in this seat
