Reviews
well, yes a review !! well considering the flight was cancelled I cant write a review of it ,but I can write of how disappointed myself and the four others in our party are of the fact that you had our money for this flight since december last, the least you could do is give us a refund of our five adult return fares, the voucher is of absolutely no use to us, and ,I expect to everyone else you gave a voucher to. REFUND. OUR. FARES PLEASE.
This was the worst trip i have ever had on a plane. i'm a normal 176cm tall male and i found the leg room impossible, i was rubbing shoulders with the man next to me, and found it difficult to use armrest. It was 4.5hrs of missery. Getting of the plane the comments i heard were "thank god thats over"
i'm 176 cm tall and had the worst 4.5 hr trip, no leg room and almost impossible to use arm rest. never again
Most uncomfortable seat I have ever sat in on a plane. Understand they try to fit more passengers in but seating comfort was terrible. Minimal leg room (i’m only 178cm) and very cramped.
Traveled on JQ406 Stdne to Gold Coast. Seat 1A had plenty of legroom and service was very good. Pre ordered a toastie and was happy with the quality.
Sometimes, as much as I love Seat Guru, the color ratings baffle me. There is no limited legroom in 1F. Sure there is a bulkhead ahead of you but its far away. I am 5'10 and could barely reach it with my feet. One can stretch out easily here. I was pleasantly surprised by this budget airline. Other members of my party had regular seats and the legroom there was generous too. Not a fan of no frills airlines for long flights but for this 2 and a half hours, perfectly comfortable and fine
Can’t complain only 45 minutes flight.
My comments regarding my flight regards comfort of seating. It was most uncomfortable. I am average/tall 180cm,and could not sit straight in my seat without my knees against the seat in front. It was most uncomfortable trying to get comfortable with my legs left or right. Also the tray table was not adjustable as it only had minimum amount of room to fold down. Have flown with Jetstar before and not had this problem.Very disappointed.May choose another airline.
jetstar seating is quite cramp for a 3 hr flight on a a320 which is a good aircraft. Cabin crew okay. On the return leg with tiger we flew in a boeing 737-800 in row 9f seating comfortable and lots more leg room than jetstar. Mind you tiger a320 always has a lot more space than jetstar. We did have a fault delay of 40 minutes which is not on. These planes should be alright to go on time. They should be serviced here by aussie engineers no ifs no buts.
Up front seat with my husband in 2C on the aisle. Basically a cheap flight and I got what I paid for.
Kinda ok emergency exit seat. You cannot completely stretch your legs due to the bulkhead in front of you. But it is still more space than in normal economy. Same on 1D and 1E. 1ABC have no restrictions and more space.
I travelled by Jetstar from MCY to ADE. I was prepared for really cramped as previously flown to MEL. However whether it was because the middle seat was vacant it didn't appear too bad and this time my knees did not touch the seat in front of me and I am only 161 cm. As others mentioned the moulded seat pockets made it difficult to store anything. So was pleasantly surprised.
Extra legroom as Jetstar website stated. No extra cost though. Good seat for kids, slept easily.
Seat did in fact have extra legroom as website stated. No seat pocket is annoying for not being able to slip a water bottle in...phone slipped down inside moulded pocket and could not use fingers to retrieve as pocket is too narrow to fit hand inside.
Just fine for a 90 minute hop between Auckland and Dunedin, but any longer would have felt cramped. I was expecting everything to be bad for Jetstar but honestly it was fine, actually a better experience than a Qantas domestic flight I took.
Avoid this seat. Unlimited legroom re no bulkhead, but flight crew using phone or passengers the head are constantly bumping or tripping over 6-2 extended feet. Also blinding light from galley each time curtain is pulled back
The seat was very uncomfortable, all the time my knees where up against the seat in front, unlucky i have a return, will not use Jetstar again
Too small, too tight, no recline, could not do it to the person behind me.I saw a story on TV in relation to "new" seating and extra passengers, did not believe it until I experienced it. No more Jetstar for me. Virgin here I come.
Terrible. Much rather have to pay extra to fly Qantas or Virgin. So cramped. The seat was so narrow.
I dread shorthaul flights on Airbus. Cramped seats even in Business class. A spare seat next door is no good if arm does not go up fully. Manufacturer of sircraft tells me it is the AIRLINES who squash extra seats in for the money. Seats to Dubai are good and feet touch ground
