Reviews
Exit row seats on the 737 800 have small walls between each seat! The arm rest does not retract up, If you happen to have the fortune of being the single occupant of an entire row on a night flight and want to lay down (window to aisle) you cannot do it!! I tried to glean this information with 3 separate calls to Kenya airways and none of the attendants could reliably answer my question. They all gave me different answers I think they were making shit up. Plus they either intentionally hung up on me or I was disconnected from every call.. The experience made me a cursing blob of anger after the third hangup. Mfers.
The exit row window seat doesn't have a proper arm rest, instead a jetted out half arm rest from the door. It makes sitting comfortably or even sideways a bit uncomfortable.
Staff is lovely but just flew 14+ hours business class from Accra to Dakar (via Nairoi) without individual screen or tablet provided for entertainment. This flight was overpriced compared to the available amenities and overall comfort. The Boeing 737-700 from Nairobi to Dakar was even worse as this one was a 9-hour flight without even a power outlet (not business friendly for those that need to work on the plane). KQ should advise their customers at the time of booking as the absence of such basic features is just unacceptable nowadays..
The flight between Lagos and Nairobi was comfortable except that the inflight screen was above passengers head and we had to keep looking up to see the screens. It was also not video on demand.
I needed an infant cot and that was the only ones available but they didn't allow me to seat next to my children, they were offered 12A, B and i seat 11B thats insane How can i seat away from my kids and i believe only 1 cot goes there not 3 cots Very poor customer service
