Reviews
Airbus klm has a 2 - 4 - 2 line up, better than the klm boeings which have 3 - 4 - 3
It's not really fun nor comfy actually - I expected better cleaning too. Maybe next time I guess.
Pretty nice seat! Very comfy and clean!! :D
The armrests cannot be raised more half way, making the feature useless. I was fortunate enough to have four seats to myself, but could not lie down across them because the armrests cannot be raised fully. Whoever designed them should be fired for his job immediately. They are a disgrace to the airline.
I'm 6'2" with long legs & wasn't looking forward to this 7.5 hr trip in Economy. However. I was pleasantly surprised. I had a good 2inches clearance for my knees. Something normally unheard of. The recline and seat support was actually good compared to others too. The Klm crew were very good. I make a point to occasionally stretch my legs by walking to the back where the crew hang out. You can get beverages and any snacks there too. Nothing was too much for the crew. The food and refreshments service was quite good too. My Veggie main hot pasta dish was delicious. I actually arrived at Montreal quite refreshed. Overall an excellent experience.
Good business class seat (new)
Good seat, new business class, good entertainment system but no wi-fi.
These are "new" full flat seats. But KLM has chosen cheap option to keep 2-2-2 configuration. The seat is therefor very small, I am almost stuck and not that big. Sleeping is nightmare as you really are stuck in the chair and there is amble room for your feet. Every part of your body feels the chair. Not worth spending the money on in my view
A322 - Updated cabin - No loss of legroom, new Recaro seats and Panasonic Android IFE tablet in seat back (as used by Qantas) - Excellent seat now, great improvement
Con: there is a metallic box under the seat in front, it takes almost half the width of your legroom. I've noticed a similar box under "21D". 22B didn't have any box . I didn't check if all "A" and "D" seats have the box, or only some rows. The entertainment system uses remote control (no touchscreen), is very user unfriendly. I found the choice of movies quite poor (the number of movies is Ok, but couldn't find an interesting one), and no news channel.
Good seat, enough room and nice recline. Since there is one seat missing, because of the frame, the aisle is larger then normal. So there is more space and not much bumping from the crew. There is no toilet in the back, so it is not busy. There was a new entertainment system and no metal box that blocked any legroom. There was a USB port to charge your phone and the food was good.
The seats on this aircraft are very narrow and uncomfortable. The IFE screens are also very small. Seats on our return flight on an A330-300 were much better. KLM needs to bring this aircraft up to date even though they are not that old.
This seat is really bad. The plane is old, so no power outlet. The metal box for the computer entertainment system is under the seat in front, so half leg space is gone. The window is useless, as you only see the wing.
BAD SEATS! Row 10DEFG is the first row behind the last row of Economy Comfort (extra recline + extra legroom) row 9 DEFG. Row 10 DEFG has no extra legroom and no extra recline! So when the pax in row 9DEFG reclines his/her seat fully, pax in row 10DEFG get really stuck! Avoid that row 10 DEFG!
Yes, you get more legroom for your extra money (although the metal box on the floor is annoying). No, the width is the same as on regular seats and that means, it´s much too small.
You pay quite a lot extra for this economy plus which is really bad seat. It is worse as most normal economy seats as the missing window at 10A and 10J leaves much less width to the seat. Spend the flight back on another economy plus seat which is a huge difference
No window at this seat (also applies to 10J). Power seems to be available at least in Economy Comfort.
Window Seat quite small ,not much bigger than economy for THE price difference. Some of THE staff friendly and helpful One sour and bitchy, period? Food was ok ,breakfast excellent.Lookat Icelandair air for service.
Nice set, plenty of legroom, a window seat with easy access to theaisle. A litlle bit narrow. Professional staff, although not particularly friendly
This is not a flight I would choose
