Reviews

2/8/2020, seat 30F

I traveled on two different layouts of this type. GLA-AMS (30F) was an older layout (I think). The seat was fine with plenty of legroom and space under the seat in front for my bag. AMS-GVA (17C) seemed a newer layout with lower profile seats. I thought they might have been a bit hard, but it was fine. The height adjustable headrests worked a treat. The hard plastic armrests were uncomfortable on my arms and elbow, though. AMS-GLA (5C), not sure if there is a difference compared to 30F, but being at the front does get you off quicker.

The seat is not in alignment with the window and its awkward to look outside as well as hard to rest tour hair against the side of the window.

11/27/2019, seat 11F

Missing window for this seat

4/23/2019, seat 18F

These seats are very tight, both width and pitch. They are quite uncomfortable, particularly for longer flights such as my flight from Tel Aviv to Amsterdam. I will do whatever I can to avoid this plane in the future. The 'business' seats are just the same as the economy seats, although in theory the pitch is 3" more. Rows 15 and 16 have extra legroom. I am a small 5'4" person and cannot imagine trying to squeeze in here if I were taller.

Entertainment box

9/14/2017, seat 1D

Horrible seat -- Very narrow with table folded between armrests meaning cramped seating, and no legroom given bulkhead wall. Why in the world do they keep the middle seat since they do not sell it? Business class in Europe is a joke, but this reaches record level. This seat would be bad enough as Economy, but calling -- and selling -- it as Business is beyond deceptive; it is an insult to the customer. The seat should be red, as should be 1A and 1E; 1C should be yellow, on account of slightly better leg room given that it protrudes into the galley area.

8/18/2017, seat 4F

Sat in seat 4F as an Economy Comfort Seat. Great seat, nice window view. Only problem is that there is a box underneath the seat in front of you. Which isn't mentioned here :(

7/14/2017, seat 1a

Seat legroom is slightly restricted by the bulk head. Avoid seat 1C as during boarding you are constantly bumped into by boarding passengers due to the misaligned aisle

7/3/2017, seat 19F

17" width seat was uncomfortable especially being of this space saving design. It did not have any worthwhile padding. Legroom at 30" was absolutely fine.

6/14/2017, seat 28F

Has a misaligned window

4/18/2017, seat 15a

The right arm rest is not immovable, and the tray is on the seat in front. But the left arm test is completely missing, which makes it tricky to sit comfortably.

4/12/2017, seat 11A

This seat should be marked yellow on this plane because it has a misaligned window which offers very little view to what is outside. but luckily I was able to film both takeoff and landing

4/4/2017, seat 10a

No window, small box under 9a slightly reducing foot space.

1/28/2017, seat 15abc

26-Jan-2017 Lots of leg room for this row #15, I am 178cm, very confortable seats, flying from LIS to AMS with my wife. Thanks for KLM seinor fly attendant offer me these seats during the flght.

1/24/2017, seat 12A

Seat pitch is pretty good, especially for a 2h30 flight. I am 182cm tall and could stretch my leg without problem. Service was good with a smiling crew and captain was also very nice. Globally satisfied with my flight.

12/31/2016, seat 2F

Very pleasent flight. Very full though, so my cabin baggage needed to get checked in.

10/21/2016, seat 4A

This seat has limited leg space due to HIFI box under front seat.

10/14/2016, seat 11F

The window seats on row 11 have no window and an equipment box in the foot space. They should be red seats on the seat map. Also the window seats on row 9 are also missing a window. The row 10 seats only have a misaligned wimdow. I cannot say if there are equipment boxes on either rows 9 and 10.

8/22/2016, seat 6A

Even though these are Economy Comfort seats, a media box is present, limiting the storage in front of you

7/2/2016, seat 24A

Nice seat. Good lag space. No power outlet which you can find only in comfort seats or higher.
