Like others i was highly impressed with the seating and access from the window seat to the aisle. On my return flight i started in 15K but would avoid this row of seats as kids are attached to the back of your seats and economy passengers traipse through to use the business class loo - fortunately I was able to move into the main business class cabin
Very impressed as this is the first time i have seen 2-2-2 configuration where the window seat has access to the aisle without the need to climb over the other seat. Seats very comfortable
As seems to be the norm with 787s, both leg and shoulder room in this seat is seriously cramped. An extremely unpleasant way to spend 7 hours unless you are very short or thin. On the return leg we were able(at extra cost) to secure the row in front (20) , which is a bulkhead row and worth it, though of course this does not solve the shoulderwidth issue . A huge downgrade on the seats in their A-330s in my opinion.
Window seat which is allows a longer space as you enter in front of the aisle seat cubicle 11B. For those that are very tall, when the bed flattens, you have a extra legroom. Good because major kitchen is at the back as is the toilets.
if you're on the heavy side of the weight spectrum, these seats will be a torture.
