If the MAX is the future, I am so ready for it. The entire interior is such a welcome refresh from the usual -700 series I experience on the route. So much roomier/less claustrophobic. The newer slim seats are much more comfortable in my opinion. Going to seek out the MAX from now on.

Great seat for a Boston-Columbus flight. Missing the seat in front due to the exit, so unparalleled legroom. Lighting was nice, brand new plane.

15/16 BCDE have no more legroom than a standard seat onboard.

Flight 5587 June 16 from Orlando to San Juan, 174 passengers onboard. I managed to get the seat by checking in exactly 24 hours before and got boarding position A38. Plane was a max 8 brand new. Legroom is fabulous in the first row and the seat reclines. Tray table is on the side. One issue would be the the ac, it felt hot and even when the passenger with the window seat lowered them, the ac didn't seem to cool. For a 3 hour flight it's ok, but over that might want to take a pill and sleep. Aside from that if the Max 8 is the future, lets go!
