I had booked seat 6A and I was informed by the boarding agents at the gate that my seat was changed for 6C without prior notice =( Legroom is okay for 2h flights (I wouldn't recommend it for longer trips). Width is alright (Airbus A320 always better than Boeing 737). No entertainment provided. As a food, just a chocolate bar was offered. Bring and fresh cabin.

Standard cramped economy class seat, however with the added penalty of no overhead air jets. As far as I can tell, it is literally just row 16 that has no air jets, which means that the packed economy cabin feels oppressively hot. Swiss leaving a lot to be desired right now.

I'm from the US and realizing how European Business Class is, I was a bit disappointed. But in-spite being seated on an economy class seats on a business class ticket, they kept the middle seat empty for added space. Therefore my wife and I had the 3 seats for ourselves. Service was great, light breakfast was served on our 10am flight and of course Swiss chocolate was given to all passengers after the meal service which is a nice touch in my opinion.

Comfortable, clean aircraft. Storing magazines and safety instructions behind headrest in seat is a good idea - more leg room!

Comfortable because it is Exit Seat but I was cold very cold there.

No real Business Seat. In my opinion poor Legroom, you can't stretch your legs. Not much space in the overhead bin. Good Food, good Service, nice Staff. So row one is a bad choice, but every other row anytime.

Business class was only up to row 3, not like it is shown on the seat map. There was a good amount of legroom, the seat width was also a good amount. The recline was fair for a short-haul flight. Like in most European short-haul flights, there was not a lot of entertainment. There was a fair variety between drinks and you had two options for your meal ( in this case it was breakfast) I ate the inlet with sausages and mushrooms and it was excellent., so was the cheese, you also received Swiss chocolate. The service on the flight was excellent.

First class seats are the same as coach class seats. First class middle seat is left empty for first class passengers to have more comfort. Seats are covered with leather. Service is good. They place the bulkhead/curtain depending on business class demand but apparently, the norm is that they place it after row 10, just before the emergency exit.

I connected in ZHR on to AMS from DXB. How odd my 320 should have more legroom that the 330-200 that brought me from the Gulf. The new seats with the magazine rack on the back of the headrest is ingenious and a welcome respite for those of us who have been vertically blessed. At least I was able to stretch my legs out for a few minutes after being folded into the 330 seat for six hours.
