Reviews

3/10/2020, seat 12A

Windows in rows 12, 14, and 15 are quite mis-aligned, being basically aligned with the seatback in front of you. As you go further back, the alignment improves slightly row-by-row. (I was looking closely at the nearby rows, being very disappointed at my "window seat" in 12) If you want to look out the window, don't get row 12 or 14.

12/12/2019, seat 7a

On a CRJ 550 Chicago OHare to Madison. Not true that there is no floor storage space. There is a very large baggage closet directly in front of my seat. Passengers using it in place of overhead storage as well as under-seat storage.

11/20/2019, seat 2A

Flew on this plane from ORD-XNA in first, 2A. The front closet was large enough for my roller board carry on. The seat pitch was greater than that on most mainline domestic planes. Very comfy. In flight wi-fi worked well. The self-service area was well stocked with snacks, juices and water but alcohol had to be served by the FA. All in all a great experience for an express flight.
