Not convenient if you expect to be confortable with the window as a support for your head. Wall is not straight and is quite separated from seat. As economic class nothing to say, enough space for legs and good size screen to watch.

after going on their B787-9 from Hong Kong to Abu Dhabi, i continue my journey on their B787-10 from Abudahbi to Manchester. To be honest, the seat all in all was quite good. EXCEPT MISSING A CUP HOLDER which in my opinion is very incontinent.

This seat is one of a pair right at the back of the plane and as well as having slightly less recline than the other seats it also has slightly reduced legroom. We had flown out from the UK on a 787-9 and continued on to Bangkok on this variant. Fortunately the plane was not full and we were able to move forward on to some central seats which had the same legroom as our earlier flight. Having said this, had the flight been full and I had to remain where I was the seat would not have been too uncomfortable for the 6hr 20min journey, I'm sure that I could have managed OK. I am 6'2" and weigh 12st so reasonably tall. Also have to say that the rest of our Etihad experience was excellent and not like many of the reviews that we had read on SeatGuru prior to our flight. The cabin crew were excellent, very attentive and pleasant. The food was some of the best that we've had and the drink service was generous. we've flown with all the Emirati airlines now as well as Cathay , Singapore and BA and are wondering where all the negative reviews that we read have come from as all of our 4 flights with Etihad were very good indeed and we wouldn't hesitate to travel with them again.

The flight in business class was excellent. The service was first class and was always checking if we required anything. The food was not to my liking but maybe that was just me. I would give the flight ten out of ten.
