Best economy position seat.Worth paying extra for. Seats getting on in age and shows lot of wear signs. also not the most comfortable seats around and restricted width due yo in arm rest table but worth the extra legroom and only having 1 passenger next to you.
HUMID DAY IN KL SO THE PLANE WAS A BIT STUFFY
Seat is a bit on the firm side but plenty of leg room. Meals were fantastic, very tasty and plenty to eat. The staff were very friendly.
This is classed as a Premium Economy seat. As others have said, the MH fleet of A330s has some of the hardest seats in the air. That said, this seat location was just fine for the 6+ hour flight fm Osaka to KL. There is no "floor" storage space, since it's a bulkhead-type of seat, but then again, there is so much stuff built into the bottom of these seats, my briefcase will not fit under a seat anyway.
J class paired seats in front section of A330. MH aircraft have seen better days. Strange configuration with single throne seats on the right side of the aircraft whilst those on the left side are smallish in comparison. 2H/K lacks personal storage space when compared with paired seats in the centre of the aircraft. The entire J class seating config is very inconsistently designed. Furthermore, there is only 1 toilet in J class, are we kidding? Crew service was up to par with competitors. MH, please improve your J class cabin standard to be competitive, your A330s need to be refurbished or outright retired.
Business class was excellent. Our seat wntends to a bed, however if Your over 170cm, u may need to bend the legs up a bit. Tv screen was much larger than economy. Meals were amazing and fresh tasting, definitely didn’t taste like plane food. The seat also massages, reclines in a few different ways and the feet reclines as well.
Window moulding pillar is rather thick at this part. Not good if you have wide shoulder.
I've been travelling with Malaysia Airlines for the past 20 years and they need new planes flying this route. The area is great, the overhead luggage space generous, the service was good to excellent but the seat is like sitting on a mortuary slab. One saving grace was that the galley is just behind you and the cabin crew didn't mind you stretching and generally getting the blood flowing again. The real cure of course would be new improved, supportive seats.
43A and 43 C and not bad seats. First to be served on 2nd service and Last on 1st service so decide on time of flight which meal is most important. No toilets on this aisle at the back so relatively quiet. Full recline can be used at all times as no one behind you.
Excellent area but seat tired and IFE from the ark! My body was numb after 8.5 hours of no padding but the area was worth the extra bucks. Not looking forward to overnight flight in the same seat.
Both legs from Adel-KL and KL-Phuket were quite enjoyable in economy class. Service was good and seating acceptable. Having been critical of the Adelaide-KL leg and vice verser on serval occasions previously, I was not looking forward to the flight, but will give the journey 7/10, which in my scoring is good. So will continue to fly MH as I have done over the past 30 years——providing they remain competitive $ wise.
Swear by seats at the back. They get filled last and usually you end up having the.seat by yourself. If you get over getting off last then this place is for You. Also you get a better view as you can be sure the wings will not be blocking .
Been on this flight several times . Seat is ok. I had no one beside me. Seat pitch and recline are quite normal . The food quality has slipped a bit over the years but the service is still good . The TV screen not quite effective as touch screen but works better with the cabled remote . Here is a usb port to charge you phones and lap top and that is an advantage .
Only 24 seats in that area. A compartment by itself, Very good leg room .Seat as per normal. Window out of position, I enjoy the nasi lemak on flight MH 141. Service could be better .Very very normal on a flight. Arrival drink , lunch and just snacks before arrival at destination. In between no service unless you request for it. The servce area or pantry is just next to the seating area divided by a partition. No peanuts were offer like other MAS flight.
I am 6 ft tall, could have done with more legroom , very tight for people my height , seat width not much good and would be very unsafe in a emergency, again dangerously tight.
41D,E,F the seat in front is slightly skewed so the tray table, and screen are not directly infront. other than this its great option if you want 3 in a row in a airbus 330-300
some of your staff were very rude and I couldnt eat anything because all products had cheese on them. Ive specified twice on my last 2 flights with you that I dont eat cheese and I dont eat sugary products which was all that could be offered I was then refused vodka stating do you see it on the trolley?? Another attendant was more helpful and apologised about the food and got me my requested drink. Some of your staff need to be given lessons on good customer service and Im not looking forward to the 2 flights I have to take with you in the next couple of weeks. If the plane hadnt been full I would have gladly upgraded to avoid this type of service
Good seat. Room to stretch out on an overnight. Toilets are close but easy to ignore when not needed. I would use this seat again.
Business Class: The seats were comfortable for aircraft seats, lots of options for positioning including lumbar support and foot rest angles. I found the layflat bed perfect but slightly elevated the head, I am 167cm (5 ft 6 in) and of course had no problem with the foot well being narrow, I did notice the front seats in business had an large square area for feet and these may suit a taller person who is not a side sleeper. A person of considerable bulk may have issues but I am sure that would be the case with most airlines. TV screens are large and interactive, lighting is good with many options. Storage lockers above for carryon luggage and small storage areas surround seating. Staff were welcoming and most attentive, meals were well presented and of good but not outstanding quality. The next leg of our journey is to Delhi. We are waiting in the Malaysia airlines Satellite lounge in KL and as lounges go it is quite a disappointment. I would fly MAS business class again
Great seat! Private, comfortable! I slept the whole way on a flat bed. Blanket could have been thicker as it was cold but I was very happy!! Didn't use the entertainment or eat so can't comment on those but service looked terrific!
