Reseñas
Flew these seats from Labuan to KL and they were very cramped and so used that the seat comfort due to worn padding is about one out of ten. These planes need to be retired or maybe Air Malaysia needs to fold.
The journey was smooth. English spoke by the pilot and stewards were understandable and clear.
Limited recline seat very similar to QF domestic B737 Business class, although legroom may be slightly less. A full flight of 16 biz pax overtaxed the cabin attendant and service was a little disjointed, although attendant was very pleasant and polite throughout. The B737 galley and facilities are just not suited to a busy cabin on 5 hour plus flights.
Ok seat, comfy enough, but no legroom, no pillows. Ok for a short flight
Travelled from Perth to Kuala Lumper and back on this aircraft very little legroom on any of the seats in fact my knees were up against the seat in front of me on both flights
The best rows I suggest would be 2&3. Row 4 has limited recline, and row 1 where I was has less legroom due to the bulkhead, but still perfectly adequate. Decentish recline, wide seats but more of a premium economy offering than a business class. Food was ok. 2 Cabin crew for the 16 seat cabin and they were excellent. Only letdown was the IFE but only a 6hr flight, so still ok.
Nice window seat in business class. The seats look dated, leather/leather look. But comfortable. Adjustable wings on the head rest good. Two downsides. As the seat was against a partition wall and cattle class. The recline was limited. The second was althougth plenty of width and arm room there was a very small place to put drinks. Quite bad. Entertainment not interested so no comment.
Flew KL to Perth. Leg room very bad due to entertainment unit blocking most of room.Seats very very cramped. Ok for short trips, would not do more than 5 hrs in this aircraft. Had better room in the A330 that flew Perth to KL route
There's a 3-pin power plug between the seats here that can be seen easily given the ample space at this exit row. I was informed by others that all other seats also have such a power plug, just that they cannot be seen without crouching down.
Flying BKK-KUL seat ok plenty of legroom Big downside (which I didnt know when booking) is that they do not serve alchohol even in business class on flights less that 3 hours At least on a low cost carrier you can buy a drink Very disappointed wasnt advised when booking
Malaysia airlines is now my favourite airline because of the nice staff onboard the aircraft. The seats were very comfortable and spacious and lots of storage. All the times i have flown malaysia airlines it has been an amazing journey the have always told us if there was going to be turberlence and on one flight they flew obove it. Best airline if you ask me.
Although row 5 have extra leg room, they normally will give it to parents with infant as that is the only place where a bassinet can be installed. As a result, you have a risk of getting EVEN smaller leg room once the bassinet is installed. I normally would avoid row 5. Strangely, I noticed that row 11 is a good row for light load flight because of the non-recline, passenger tends to hate it and move away. I will take 11A or 11F, wait for the passengers to go away to look for a recline seat, lift the arm rest and stretch across the rows.
extremely good plane very comfortable nice service exit row had great legroom nice food very nice plane i will definetly fly with them again dont go in air asia malaysian is better
