Any of the seats directly BEHIND the exit row have reduced underseat storage. There's the normal bar to stop the underseat item but it is curved inward by about 3-4 inches which cuts down on the space for this seat's underseat storage.
This seat has misaligned window; so you really have to lean forward to look outside. It's good for those who want to sleep during the flight. I like this plane because we don't hear much the engine noise in the cabin.
12A has 1 first class seat in front which has minimum floor space due to equipment box. 12D is the better bulkhead seat in this row since it has 2 full first class seats with more floor storage
Great seat - lots of leg room, quiet aircraft!
For the two hour flight from San Jose to Vancouver, this CRJ 900 was comfortable. The seats were a little tight, but that's no big deal for two hours. I was impressed to see personal entertainment on such a short flight. Overall, if the price was right and the flight was convenient, I would not hesitate to fly Air Canada's CRJ 900 again.
Good legroom, but pretty cramped with limited storage under the seat. In the future, I'll try to avoid flying in a CRJ-900
There is no divider between these seats and first class. Extra leg room should make them "green" on your chart. Best seats on this plane.
Flt cancelled when got up at 3am to make flt. Rebooked in 2D on flt 5 hrs later.
There is limited above head cabin space in business class. Seat 1F was very, very, very, cold compared to other parts of the plane. There as a draft coming from the side through the floor.
Ezcellent seat. Right behind 1st class. Very ample stretch leg room
Seat was comfortable but a little narrow for business especially since it had fixed arm rests. Window is not well aligned but it was better then others in the same class. Foot rests were useless. A problem with catering resulted in no meals being offered.
Okay seat. Lots of leg room, foot rests are useless unless you have long legs and I'm not sure they'd make a difference even then. These seats are none to wide and have fixed arm rests.
Normally I love emergency exit seats, knowing they may have slightly less padding or have the tray tables in the arm rests, and even checked out Seatguru prior to getting it. However, my butt is still not forgiving me 2 days later. The seats not only are 1/3rd SMALLER than the aisle seat, they're a hair LOWER, and also have the tray table in the seatback locked, so you have to use the one in the armrests. I was hoping the Air Canada Jazz CRJ 900 seats would have been like those on American Eagle, but no. They went with the torture seats. Never again in row 19 or 20. The legroom is nice, though.
This is sold as a business class seat but the airplane doesn't really support a business class experience therefore it isn't worth the extra cost. Flight crew was great and service was good. Meal was OK but not up to the standard of other carriers. The entertainment system is ancient and didn't work well. If you have a choice, choose a different plane as this is really a short hall commuter plane
