Muy cómodos asientos en economy con espacio suficiente pero esta ubicación está por sobre el ala izquierda. Pude cambiarme al 16A, ubicación bastante mejor. Cómo todo 787, avión espectacular LATAM CC-BGJ (787-9).

Nice plane good staff woukd travel again

Madrid-Frankfurt in Business Class for €92, who can refuse that...? Great seats, lovely cabin. No choice of food on this short flight, but the food as such was good. The only thing I really disliked was the short ad for shoes after the safety announcements. Completely unecessary.

Was seated in the row behind the toilet section, people crossed over using that space the entire flight. But that wasn't the worst part. The worst part was a problem(?) with the toilets and a high pitched noise was audible for the entire 10 hour flight. No sleep possible for anyone close by.

Comfortable and roomy seat. Major issue was lack of requested vegetarian meal for my wife. Crew tried very hard to remedy. Disappointing selection of English language entertainment, and I expected latest movies but was disappointed.

Easily LATAM's best Business Class product, together with the LATAM Brazil A350. I'm happy LATAM did not fall for the staggered seat trap on this aircraft. This new business class provides heaps of between-rows space, wide seats, a great ottoman, and a very comfortable bed. All it needs are the wonderful "futons" LATAM Brazil provides in their A350 business class.
