Reviews
Terrible seat. Can not sleep all night due to adjoining of gallery. Crews speak loudly make you unable to rest.
Service in this flight was good as one of the cabin crew looks like Chinese was very helpful and pleasant. Food once again not as expected and not value for buy.
Poor seat with less knee room than others due to the angle of the fixed seats (its where the tail narrows meaning row 50 is straight but 51 is at an angle reducing the knee room. - Avoid
Seats were comfortable but I would have liked even more privacy if the separate wall was higher even though I was in a window seat I still could see everyone going up and down aisle. This was annoying as meals are served at the time each passenger request them. So it is wise to sit further back say row 8 or 9 because attendants are always coming out of service area with food. Difficult to sleep with food service constantly going on.
Etihad Boeing 777-300ER (77W) Two Class V2 has at least 2 types of Business Class seats. I was in 9C . It seems Even numbered seats 2A, 4A etc are normal window seats in a comfortable privacy shell. The odd numbered seats 3C, %c etc are ails type seats (in the seat chart they appear window but are the width of the A type seat from the window. The space allotted to the C type seat is further cramped by the shell from the A seat limiting movement with the C type seat. The arm rest of the C type seat on the right had side is pencil thin the summary both comments leading to the forced leaning into the ails. I would be mu request to alert prospective users of this service to alerted to the difference in seats. I think evidence of ETIHAD acknowledging the above is that they seem to place First Class passengers in the A seat. This 777 has no First Class
I was given this seat when the aircraft type was changed at the last minute and my carefully chosen seat wasn't there any more. 20C was awful, yes you get more leg room but at the expense of foot room. Also the solid seat arms were really constraining. I'm never accepting this seat again.
