I had booked a flight twice once transaction from my account was made but ticket was not booked by the indigo airlines and another time the ticket that I booked got cancelled and I just received a mail stating the cancellation..I contacted the team but got no refunds.indigo airlines is horrible
I was travelling international and I was allowed to take 35 KG of luggage in my international flight till Mumbai. I booked indigo for my domestic travel and I had the worst experience ever. They didn't allow me to carry more than 20 KG which is not acceptable. And I had to pay almost 9K which was more than the ticket fares. The staff at the check-in counter is very non cooperative. Kajal, Karupa these ladies were arguing with each other for EDC machine. Understanding the situation of your passengers would be kind rather than minting money.
Recently flew from doha to mumbai on a charter flight with indigo. The flight was slightly delayed. The onshore and onboard staff were polite and professional. I was able to get the seat of my choice on request.The checkin was smooth and proper ppe was provided to us. The disposable suits are provided only to middle seat passengers but majority of the middle seats were kept empty during the flight. The food packet was available on the seat on boarding. The food was simple .... passable considering the present covid19 scenario. The in flight service has been suspended due to covid19. The seats were comfortable and sufficient legroom was available.No inflight entertainment was available. Overall a average experience , nothing special.
I was traveling from Kannur to Delhi as a part of my travel to Canada with my son of 4 years. I was very concerned about the travel during this covid situation. But the flights were extra clean and comfortable. Team is well managing the situation. Thanks to the team members like Mr Nikhil friend of mine working with Indigo Kannur who really helped Me in clearing my doubts, wish him all the very best for his career, and few more guys like, Abhijit in help desk, Raleesh in check in and baggage counter, team leader Niveen (not sure as I lost the name scribbled) etc... all the in flight crew members of both the segments, especially the ones who helped me with my baggage while my kid was sleeping. Continuing my travel from Delhi in the evening. Hope Qatar air will demonstrate the hospitality and more over empathy when I travel with a very young kid who is highly active at all times
Upon check-in The suitcase I had prepared for my trip had electronics so the scanner was told to open it when it looked weird and I opened it and then said sorry for the mistake. An Indigo Airlines friend (Mr.vivek and rajesh) helped me out and sent me on my way. I am so thankful for that... PNR-JQRBJR

Unnecessarly forced me to checkin my cabin luggage strolley, while overhead bins were very much used inside the flight and that was very much within dimensions mentioned by Indigo. Because I had all electronics and battery items, I had to keep all stuff in hand and put strolley in checkin for which I was charged rs750 extra and then at Lko airport that strolley was totally damaged. Highly disappointed.
nice and safe journey and first of all safe landing. not a big hush compared to other trips had with other airlines cheap side.. flights

Now a days Indigo is either cancelling the flight or Rescheduling the flights within 1-2 weeks from departure. Due to which customer has to book a new flight just 1 week before departure. Customer care is also rude.
I have shared the PNR no. And i everything written now u didn't understood anything because till now u have replied nothing to me that's all I saw ur guts ok u fool idiot if u don't have things to do don't waste my time fools u have cheated u makes me fool u taken my money not refunding me without my permission u r fools idiots
Travelling was comfortable. The staff was also rightly instructing all the directions for being abord. Average experience to sum up.
A true professional services rendered by Team Indigo. A clattered less boarding procedure, state of the art hygienic kits provided, super clean interiors & upholstery. The most ettiquetted airhostess with pro customer service, and last but the most important - the advice pre disembarking, to abandon the kits in trash bins before checking out of the airport.
I have to cancelled my flight before 5 days on travel date because there is no update on fight status. But it is ok.. I supposed to get credit back 352 dollars after their deduction 372 dollars . Still I have not treceived my refund and they are not answering on my request on phone or email. It is 21 days now still working on...I will not recommend this airlines.
Flight delayed after everyone boarded the plane. Twice. Poor coordination.not giving estimates of delay either.
We bought ticket on June 5 2020. Our PNR was not even recognized by the system. After 30 minutes we decided to buy extra luggage and our PNR was not recognized. Then we checked Indigo website, our flight was not there , there was no flights from Goa to Mumbai until June 16. We have following international flight from Mumbai. We feel very frustrated. We are stuck in Goa already for 2 months. Indigo doesn't give refund on this tickets. Next day we received the cancellation letter.They don't give money back. Only the credit. We want our money back. It's very unfair. Don't buy tickets until situation with lockdown is clear. They can cancel any moment. They also does not respond on emails.
Its been 7 months, The flight of Delhi to goa has been canceled/delayed staff did not support passengers instead said have to manage or arrange. The Indigo team provides cancellation fees asap. But didn't get credit amount of refund and also no one picking up the call which I found not ethical and professional. Not going to choose their service ever.
I face some issue while traveling with indigo airlines. There seats are not too much comfortable, I face too many issue. They are good in making money the service is not worth according to the investment.
Seats are very uncomfortable and small. I am 6 feet tall, its very difficult to sit on middle seat and my legs are hurting all the time on flight. Staff is unresponsive , i share my problem but they dont take it seriously and ignore it. Food also not tasty at all.
This Airlines is indulged in making money and do not care for customer basic needs or emergency requirements. Mr.Pushpak (Sr. Manager) is a very immoral person, no basic ethics as well. Do NOT choose this airlines. Unethical, no humanity.
