The last row (32A, B, C, H, J, K) does not recline at all, the seats don't even haven the button for that purpose built in the arm rests.

There is no way the seat pitch is 32 to 33 inches. It's more like 29 to 30 inches. I think this is important information for travelers with long legs who use this site to decide whether they will take this flight and whether they will upgrade to an exit row or a seat with more legroom.

This is a bad seat. The entrance to the plane constricts to a narrow aisle half the width in front of this seat, forcing the other 174 people boarding bumping into you to squeeze by.
