LOT is a lousy, wretched airline that has not improved a bit since the collapse of communism in Poland. This 737-400 is probably the oldest plane still flying within EU territory, and features the WORST seats in the entire global passenger airline industry. I disagree with the seat-width and pitch figures posted. No way these seats are 18 in wide. Standard 737 seat-width in Y is 17 in, but these extra-narrow seats cannot be more than 16 in. Seat pitch is at BEST no more than 30 in. The seats themselves are the thinnest, hardest, and most uncomfortable invented by mankind. LOT has crammed so many rows into this plane that the overhead reading lights are mis-aligned, they don't illuminate the area that they are supposed to. Also, this ancient fossil of an airplane has extra-small overhead bins, as a result passengers are constantly struggling and fighting with each other to find space for their bags. It is impossible to place anything in the under-seat space and still be able to sit in the actual seat unless you have no legs. The plane is so inhumanly uncomfortable that it brings out the worst in the passengers, who end up being rude and nasty to each other because the plane makes them be that way. Also the LH staff manning the gate in FRA have zero interest in actually helping passengers, it is clear they don't care for this flight because they don't work for LOT.

We got seats 26E and 26F. I wish I knew about this site earlier. The toilet smell was absolutely horrible. Luckily the flight was short, only 2 hours but the smell of urine was very strong. Next time i will make sure to change the seats.

I really enjoy flying with LOT, even though it's not a 5 star airline. However, I must say, that the brand new seats installed in B734 fleet are the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced in my life (all fleets, not only B737 and I did fly Ryanair). My back started hurting me 2 hours after departure (4 h flight). The seats are strangely shaped and seatbacks are very high, in other words - unless you are 190 cm tall you will see nothing. Headrests have eliptical shape which means if you plan to have a nap, you will be constantly waking up with your head slipping to the right or left. Really bad experience.

There is the power connection for all seats in this plane.

I purchased the emergency exit seat. Free food served on Lot is nowadays a glass of water (if you haven't fallen asleep. If you have noone will wake you or leave water for you) and a wafer. Gone are the days of some luxury and comfort. Lot is like easy jet or ryan air. Cheap and horrible! Xmas tickets will still cost you around £400 economy unless you buy it 6 months ahead. But you get zero service for the money you pay.

It was delayed for 6 hours it was horrible but we still had to check in at 8:00 they closed check in at 9:00 on the plane they told us that the plane that went to Warsaw at 6:30 was not fully working so they had to wait a plane from Texas and took it here there were no hot drinks & food because on the last flight it had been all eaten so we had eat cold drink & food.Our flight was supposed to take off at 10:30 but took of at exactly 13:30 and it was 2 hours & 30 minutes

The service was good but no hot food just cold but it was a good peaceful flight.

this is a horrible travel: -the plane are very old like in 1980 -the seat is very old too and there is very small place for leg(legroom) -cabin attendent are not service oriented. -the meal is very not good(we have one sandwich for 4hours(WAW to TLV))
