Reviews
Sat in 19H from NRT to KUL and 21H from KUL to NRT. Comfortable seats with bug legroom. I didn't feel sitting in 21H bothersome because of proximity to the restrooms and the galley.
The bulkhead premium economy seat has lots of legroom. If anything the problem is that the magazine pocket is too far away. It does lack storage during landing and takeoff and it helps to use the carry-on as a footrest. The Window seat also has room between the seat and window that can be used for stowage in flight. Overall there are plusses and minus that balance out.
I took this aircraft KUL-NRT, the cabin is inviting, the seat space is adequate and comfortable enough. I am 6'5" tall and in the lie flat configuration i had no trouble stretching out comfortably enough. I slept very well with ear buds. the amenities kit is average, but has everything you might need. JAL cabin crew - excellent! The Lavatory could be slightly bigger and inviting like you see on TH, QR, EY, CX products.
This is a very comfortable seat and Japan Airlines offers the most comfortable coach seats I've ever encountered.
