Reviews
The set was extremely uncomfortable the legroom the pitch is so much substandard. Compared to Delta where the legroom seams better and the chair slides forward when reclined. Shame on United what a difference was Continental. Before booking go to www.seatmaestro.com to see what you are getting
Window seat has shorter base than the middle and aisle - so less support for legs
My 8 year old, 4 year old, and I had 14D, 14E, and 14F. Thankfully they don't take up much room because this is the worst row ever. The pitch is much less than your standard economy seat. I'm a petite 5'3" woman and my knees were touching the back of the seat of the row in front. Unheard of. It was a red-eye flight to Cancun and the row in front of us reclined all the way, which left us even less room.
Flew the Island Hopper in seat 7A. HNL-MAJ-KWA-KSA-PNI-TKK-GUM. This seat has as much or more legroom than first class, and the mechanic sits in 7C for this remote flight! The bulkhead does not descend all the way so there is underseat storage.
