je suis venu sur votre site pour visualiser où se trouve mon siège dans l'avion. Sur votre plan, il ne semble pas y avoir de rangée 45. J'en déduis donc que votre site n'est pas à jour sur ce sujet.

we paid extra for the 3 extra legroom exit row seats on the Air Canada Rouge as I have longer legs and it it is always nice to be able to stretch out. they were missing the seat #17a so I was lied to and downgraded to seat 16a by the gate staff and was promised that it was an extra legroom seat by the gate staff (LIE). Air canada has refused to give me compensation and am frustrated with this. So instead of paying more to get more, I paid more to get a lot less. :(

What a nightmare!! Row 16 backs onto one of the emergency exit areas and these seats DO NOT RECLINE - making an already extremely tight fit downright unbearable especially as the woman in front of me was compelled to recline. To add insult to injury, I lost track of how many times both passengers and flight crew bumped into me from the aisle. Easily the worst flight experience in my life! Are "negative stars" possible?

This is seat along with the ones on either side of it are awesome. The leg room is great and with the two business class seats infront of you, you are able to place your iPads on the back of the seats for easy watching. Your arm rest do not go up which limits the width of the seat and the trays are small. Only real downfall is you have to go all the way to the back of the plane to use the bathroom. Even though there is one right at the front of the plane. WIFI was also availabel on this flight.

This was my first time on Rouge it was not a good experience for me . I am not a large person 5/6 155 pounds felt like a sardine very tight . If I every go on one of your fights I will hopefully get a seat with more room ,which I think I will need to pay for ..
