i paid extra for Premium Economy... wasted money..same seats throughout..no entertainment.. they rent Ipads.. the WIFI did not accept my samsung tablet. same seat both ways..recline did not work... i am sure i got the flu from being so close to other passengers..only 3 attendants..would not like to be in an emergency with that many people in that crowded can.
Not that much space for my size 6foot 2 and 300 pounds. But was ok with my daugther in the middle. Have to take extension belt to travel relax while the belt is on. Seated on the wing didnt see outside. Chair is hard on the ass but its air canada rouge
A standard seat, suitable for 5.2 but not 6.2. Just wide enough to sit but legroom in very short supply. Whatever you do not take your shoes off, you will never get them tied again, at least not on the plane.
If all airline seats were configured like this plane, I would never fly again. It seems that the seating arrangement for this flight is for the maximum number of passengers and minimal comfort.
Most uncomfortable seats for anyone 6’ and above. Had to prevent people in front from reclining. Will avoid flying this airline as much as possible in the future.
Seat 17A - I was able to extend my legs fully because there was no seat in front of me. It caused a little problem, because I had absolutely no access to a viewing screen, nor a table to place a drink or food. Other than that, the entire flight was perfect. I would definitely fly this aircraft again. Thank you Air Canada.
got premium econ. Very happy. Before was flying air inuit which was a m********king airline. But got advantage as flight was going on to puerto rico so got nice plane. YAY
Flight reassigned as AC Rouge the new leisure product of Air Canada. Plane not configured as seen. Row 16 was 2 rows ahead of exit and seats regular economy. Extra rows on plane making space tight for tall, larger passengers. Had difficulty getting backpack under seat. Had originally paid for upgraded economy, selected seats 6 months in advance but was bumped by reconfiguation to separated exit seats a week before travel by electronic seating program. Unable to be at exit due to mobility issues and unable to get original seats. 3rd AC agent cancelled seats and rassigned together in regular economy seats, a frustrating situation. No food offered on 3 1/3 hour flight, thankfully had own snacks, but did smell first class food so it likely was available just not offered by the young crew. No entertainment unless preplanned ipad app and pay for programming.
